Warranty Policy

This policy applies only after the 14-day Returns & Remakes Policy period has expired, and is valid for 12 months thereafter.

Xignature warrants its products against manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from the date of confirmed delivery.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects arising during normal intended use of the product.

By purchasing and using a Xignature product, you acknowledge and agree to this Warranty Policy.

Warranty Claim

IMPORTANT! Please read this policy before submitting a warranty claim, as coverage limitations, exclusions, and claim requirements apply.

Important Information

  • All warranty claims must be submitted using the Xignature Warranty Claim Form on this page.
  • Requests submitted via email, WhatsApp, social media, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel are not valid warranty claims.
  • No exceptions will be made for claims submitted through alternative channels.
  • Approval is not guaranteed and all claims are reviewed individually.
  • Additional photographs, videos, or supporting information may be requested.
  • Products may be required to be returned for inspection before a claim can be approved.
  • Warranty claims are subject to review and verification by Xignature.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship defects

Where a covered defect is confirmed, Xignature may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected product.

The appropriate remedy will be determined following review of the claim.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic wear occurring through normal use
  • Installation damage
  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused during removal or reinstallation
  • Misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
  • Impact damage
  • Product modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • UV exposure, environmental exposure, or weather-related deterioration
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning products or chemicals
  • Theft, vandalism, or loss

Adhesives & Installation Materials

This warranty applies to the manufactured Xignature product itself and does not extend to consumable installation materials.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Adhesive strips
  • Double-sided mounting tape
  • Screws, fasteners, mounting hardware
  • Customer-supplied adhesives, fasteners, or mounting products

Replacement adhesive strips and mounting materials may be purchased separately.

Where a plate holder becomes detached due to adhesive failure, surface preparation, installation conditions, environmental factors, contaminated surfaces, waxed surfaces, ceramic-coated surfaces, or other installation-related causes, the plate holder itself is not covered unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

What Is Not Covered

The following do not constitute manufacturing defects and are not covered under this warranty:

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
  • Incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer
  • Incorrect product selections made by the customer
  • Incorrect artwork, logos, text, colours, finishes, or configurations selected by the customer
  • Preference changes after delivery

These matters are not warranty issues and may qualify only for review under the applicable Xignature policy.

Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, Xignature may provide:

  • Repair of the affected product; or
  • Replacement of the affected product.

Refunds are not available under this Warranty Policy.

The selected remedy will be determined by Xignature following review of the claim.

Installation & Vehicle Responsibility

Where a warranty claim is submitted:

  • Xignature is not responsible for removing or reinstalling products.
  • Xignature is not responsible for any installation, removal, fitment, workshop, labour, or related costs.
  • Xignature is not responsible for providing temporary mounting solutions while a claim is being reviewed or processed.
  • Customers remain responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with all applicable road traffic regulations during the review and resolution process.

Shipping Responsibilities

If a warranty claim is approved:

  • Xignature may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving the claim.
  • Return instructions will be provided where applicable.
  • Shipping arrangements will be communicated during the review process.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Warranty Claim Process

  3. Additional photographs, videos, or supporting evidence may be requested.
  4. The product may be requested for inspection.
  5. If approved, the appropriate remedy will be communicated.
  6. The matter will be finalised once the approved remedy has been completed.

Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval.
