Personalisation Policy
This policy applies to all personalised products manufactured by Xignature, including custom text, logos, graphics, symbols, images, and other personalised content submitted by customers.
Xignature reviews every personalised order before production. While we strive to accommodate most requests, not all personalised content can be accepted.
By placing an order for a personalised product, you acknowledge and agree to this Personalisation Policy.

Important Information
All personalised content submitted to Xignature is subject to review before production.
Submission of an order and successful payment do not guarantee that personalised content will be approved for manufacture.
Every personalised order is reviewed individually.
Where personalised content falls outside this policy, Xignature will notify the customer before production commences.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Xignature reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any personalised content submitted for production.
Customer Responsibilities
By submitting personalised content, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right or permission to use any submitted text, logos, graphics, symbols, images, artwork, or other content.
- You are responsible for ensuring all submitted text, names, spelling, punctuation, grammar, dates, numbers, and other information are correct at the time the order is placed.
- Xignature manufactures personalised products exactly as the information is submitted during the ordering process. Our ordering system records your submission exactly as entered and cannot introduce spelling, grammar, or wording errors.
- You have carefully reviewed all personalised content before completing your purchase.
Content That May Be Declined
Xignature may decline personalised content including, but not limited to:
- Offensive, abusive, or insulting language.
- Profanity or vulgar language.
- Hate speech.
- Racist, discriminatory, or prejudicial content.
- Harassment or bullying.
- Threatening or intimidating content.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Graphic violence or content promoting violence.
- Illegal activities or unlawful conduct.
- Criminal organisations or criminal activity.
- Terrorism or extremist content.
- Drug-related or controlled substance content.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonation-related content.
- Counterfeit brands, products, or intellectual property.
- Copyright infringement.
- Trademark infringement.
- Defamatory or false statements.
- Political slogans or political campaign material.
- Religious attacks or content intended to offend religious beliefs.
- Occult practices or witchcraft.
- Satanism.
- Harmful spiritual practices.
- Occult, satanic, or other related symbols.
- Offensive or inappropriate symbols.
- Content that conflicts with Xignature's company values.
- Content that may damage or negatively affect Xignature's reputation.
- Any other content that Xignature, in its sole and absolute discretion, considers inappropriate for manufacture.
Meaning and Interpretation
Xignature does not accept responsibility for verifying the meaning, interpretation, cultural significance, or intended use of submitted words, phrases, symbols, graphics, or images.
Where uncertainty exists regarding submitted content, Xignature may request additional information or may decline the request in accordance with this policy.
Approval & Production
Where personalised content complies with this policy, production will proceed in accordance with the applicable Xignature production timelines.
Where content is considered unacceptable under this policy, production will not commence until an acceptable alternative has been agreed upon.
Declined Requests
If personalised content is declined:
- The customer will be notified.
- The customer may submit alternative wording, artwork, or content for review.
- If an acceptable alternative cannot be agreed upon before production begins, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Amendment Requests
Where a customer submits an amendment request after placing an order:
- All amended content remains subject to this Personalisation Policy.
- If the amended content is declined under this policy, the amendment request will not be approved.
- Unless another acceptable amendment is submitted and approved, production will proceed using the original approved order details, subject to the applicable Xignature Amendment Policy.
Management Review
If you believe your personalised content has been declined due to a misunderstanding or incorrect interpretation, you may request a management review by emailing management@xignatureplates.com.
Please include your order number together with any information that may assist us in reviewing your request.
Management reviews are conducted independently, and a response will generally be provided within 24 to 48 business hours.
Submission of a management review request does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed.
Management Note
Personalisation is one of the defining features of Xignature products, and we are committed to providing customers with a wide range of customisation options.
However, because every personalised product becomes a permanent representation of both the customer's request and the Xignature brand, certain content cannot be manufactured.
This policy has been introduced to provide a fair, consistent, and transparent review process while protecting our customers, staff, brand, legal obligations, intellectual property rights, and company values.
Our intention is not to unnecessarily restrict creativity, but to ensure that all personalised products manufactured by Xignature remain consistent with the standards and values of our business.
Acknowledgement
By placing an order for any personalised Xignature product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All personalised content is subject to review.
- Approval is not guaranteed.
- Payment does not guarantee acceptance of personalised content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted content.
- Xignature may request changes to submitted content.
- Xignature may decline personalised content in accordance with this policy.
- Where acceptable alternative content cannot be agreed upon before production, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
- Xignature reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any personalised content submitted for production.
