Tracking Your Xignature Order

Every Xignature product is built to order.

Unlike mass-produced alternatives, your piece moves through a structured production process inside our facility. Materials are allocated, components are precision cut, assembled, inspected, and prepared for dispatch.

This portal is where you access your build progress.

Before Your First Status Update

After checkout, your order enters our production wait list.

Preparation does not begin on the same day the order is placed. Production runs Monday to Thursday, and orders move into preparation according to queue position and available capacity.

During the wait list stage, no physical build activity has started yet. Once your order reaches the front of the queue, the first status update will appear and preparation begins.

Packages are handed to the courier on Thursdays and Fridays.

A short delay between order placement and the first progress update is normal and forms part of our structured production schedule.

How to Check Your Order

Click the button below and enter the email address used at checkout.

  • If you have one active order, the status page will open automatically.
  • If you have placed multiple orders with us, your orders will be listed under your email address. Select the order number you would like to track.

As your order progresses through Preparation, Production, Quality Control, Packaging, and Courier, the status will update inside the tracking page.

Email notifications are also sent at key milestones.

This portal is the most accurate and up-to-date place to check on your order.
