What's Included
Each Xignature Show Plate includes:
- 1 × Single Show Plate
- 1 × Relevant Mounting Screw Kit (according to your selected configuration)
Important: The supplied mounting screw kits are specifically designed for use with Xignature Plate Holders and may not be compatible with other plate holders or mounting systems.
Show Plate Size
Each Xignature Show Plate comes standard in the SA Long format (520mm × 113mm), the most common South African registration plate size, ensuring a clean, balanced OEM+ appearance.
If you prefer a different size, simply specify your preferred format in the order notes at checkout.
Available Sizes
- SA Long: 520mm × 113mm (Default)
- SA Short: 440mm × 120mm
- SA Square: 250mm × 205mm
- SA Rectangular: 250mm × 165mm
Important: All size requests must be specified when placing your order, as show plates are manufactured to specification and cannot be resized or modified once production has started.
Show Plate Finish
Each Xignature Show Plate comes standard in a premium Gloss Black finish, delivering a sleek, refined appearance that complements your Xignature Plate Holders.
If you prefer a different look, simply specify your preferred finish in the order notes at checkout. Available finishes include:
- Gloss Black (Default)
- Graphite Matte Black
- White
Blackout & Black Lettering
As our show plates feature a Gloss Black finish by default, any black lettering or blackout designs will automatically be produced in Matte Black, creating a subtle yet distinctive contrast against the glossy background.
Important: The selected finish applies only to the show plate body. Emblem and lettering colours will remain as selected on your original show plate order, except for the Matte Black contrast adjustment mentioned above.
All finish requests must be specified when placing your order, as show plates are prepared during production and cannot be modified afterward.
Can I Remove the Finger Hole?
Each Xignature Show Plate comes standard with a small, discreet finger hole on the right-hand side, allowing you to easily remove the show plate from your Xignature Plate Holder.
If you prefer your show plate without the finger hole, simply specify this in the order notes at checkout.
Important: Requests to exclude the finger hole must be made when placing your order, as this feature cannot be modified once production has started.

Post-Order Changes
Orders may be amended after purchase, subject to review, production status, and applicable fees.
Customers have a limited period to request changes before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

14 Day Returns & Remakes Support
If you experience an issue after delivery, requests can be submitted for review within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Where a product has been manufactured incorrectly, damaged during transit, or contains a manufacturing defect, an appropriate resolution will be provided. Customer errors and preference changes may qualify for a discounted remake option.

12 Month Limited Warranty
Xignature products are backed by a 12 Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship defects.
The warranty applies to the manufactured product itself and does not cover consumable installation materials, installation damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Will the Show Plates Fit My Plate Holders?
Our Xignature Show Plates are primarily designed for use with our Xignature Plate Holders, ensuring a precise fit and seamless appearance. However, they can also be used independently or with other compatible mounting systems.
Show Plates come standard in the SA Long format (520 × 113 mm), the most common South African registration plate size.
If you require a different size, simply specify your preferred dimensions in the order notes at checkout.
Important: The supplied mounting screws are designed specifically for Xignature Plate Holders and may not be suitable for other mounting applications.
If you're unsure which size you need, feel free to send us a photo and measurements, and we'll gladly guide you.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed from Friday to Thursday are typically manufactured and shipped on Friday (approximately 1–5 working days, depending on when your order is placed). This aligns with our Monday to Thursday production schedule, followed by quality checks, packaging, and dispatch on Fridays. This timeline applies to standard plate holders available on our website.
Orders that include special requests, custom modifications, or unique designs may require additional time (approximately 5–10 working days). While we aim to keep them within the same weekly cycle, they may only be completed and dispatched the following Friday to allow for proper design, testing, and quality control.
Please note: These lead times refer to production and dispatch only and do not include shipping or delivery times.
Delays may also occur if we require additional information and do not receive a timely response.
