Xignature Premium Car Covers are high-value, made-to-order products. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect vehicle selection, incorrect information supplied during ordering, or other customer ordering errors.
If your cover arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or remake where applicable.

Yes. Each Xignature Premium Car Cover is made specifically for your vehicle rather than using a universal-fit design.
To ensure the correct fit, you must provide:
- Vehicle brand
- Exact model / variant
- Year model
- A clear photo of the front of the vehicle
- A clear photo of the rear of the vehicle
- A clear photo of the side of the vehicle
These details are used to confirm the correct vehicle shape and specifications before manufacturing begins.
Please make sure all vehicle information and photos are accurate when placing your order, as the cover is manufactured according to the information supplied.
How long will my order take?
Manufacturing generally takes 10–14 working days from the time your order enters production.
As each cover is made to order, production times may occasionally vary. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and selected courier service.
