All Xignature Plate Holders come standard in our signature two-tone finish: a high-gloss black outer frame, matte black inlay where the number plate sits, and a matte black badge area for subtle contrast and a refined OEM+ aesthetic.
This upgrade allows you to customise the finish of your plate holder before production. Whether you're going for a full gloss black show look or matt black stealth look, we’ll finish your plate holder accordingly, with the same level of detail and precision as the rest of your car.
If you choose a fully gloss black plate holder and your plate holder order is for a Black Edition, the badge logo will be finished in matte black to ensure visible contrast, unless otherwise specified in the order notes.
For custom colours, options may be limited based on available materials. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm what’s available based on your request.

Important Notes
- This is an upgrade, it does not include the plate holder itself
- Must be purchased together with a Xignature Plate Holder in the same order
- If ordered without a plate holder, this upgrade will be automatically cancelled and refunded
- Post-delivery colour change requests will incur a 30% handling fee, plus the cost of the upgrade and additional shipping
- Custom colour options are subject to material availability, we’ll reach out to confirm before production
- If no instruction is provided, contrast for logo finish will be applied automatically for best visual balance

Do you offer returns or exchanges on accessories?
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any accessories, including tape kits, magnets, screw kits, or related mounting hardware.
All accessory items are considered final sale once purchased.
Please double-check compatibility and your order details before checking out. If you're unsure about which accessories you need, feel free to contact us for guidance before placing your order.
Do you take responsibility for accessory-related issues?
Due to the number of variables involved in how accessories are applied, maintained, and used, we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from accessory use or failure, including lost number plates, lost plate holders, or damage to vehicles or trim.
Please ensure surfaces are properly prepared and that installation is carried out carefully. If you are unsure about which accessories you need or how to install them, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How does your 14-day return policy work?
All refunds and exchanges must be requested via our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery (from the courier’s confirmed delivery date).
After 14 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
If the issue was our mistake, we’ll make it right, including free replacement and shipping.
If the issue was an oversight on your side (e.g. wrong version selected, no cart note):
- You cover return + resend shipping costs
- A 25% handling & repacking fee applies
- Items must be unused and in original condition.

Can I place an order offline?
Yes, but we strongly recommend using the website to minimise mistakes and ensure the best pricing, as discounts are not always available offline.
Most past errors have occurred during offline orders due to missing or unclear details.
To place an offline order:
- Start by contacting us via the Contact Us form
- Clearly include product name, version, colour, and any custom requests (plate size, mounting holes, or badge info)
- Our team will review your message and send an invoice via email
- If needed, we may reach out via WhatsApp or a Call to confirm order details
- Your order will be fulfilled exactly as per the invoice, no changes can be made after payment
Important notes:
- We do not accept orders directly via WhatsApp or our social channels.
- Once payment is received, the order is final and cannot be modified
- It remains the customer’s responsibility to read the product page and follow all ordering guidelines
- Please ensure all information is accurate when making payment.
Why are some specials and discounts not valid offline?
- Online orders go through a streamlined, automated system
- Offline orders require extra admin and staff time
- Because of this, special offers and online discounts may not apply to manual/offline orders
