We are closing for a short festive break, but you can still order online.  Here is how our year-end schedule works.

2026 January Pre-Orders

• Orders from 15 Dec 2025 - 11 Jan 2026 are January pre-orders.

• They’ll be built to order and dispatched in our first 2026 production run (week of 12 Jan  2026) on a first-in, first-out basis, order early to be at the front of the queue.

Store & Support

• Online orders stay open over the holidays.

• Emails and social inboxes will only be checked and replied to Tuesdays and Fridays,  15:00–17:00, for general enquiries.

• No returns or exchanges will be processed during our festive closure.
