Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Facebook Login or Google Sign-In on Xignature Plates and you wish to delete your account and personal data, you can request removal at any time.

To request deletion, please contact us at admin@evrgroup.co.za with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account information and any associated data from our systems within 7 working days, unless we are required to retain certain information by law (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes).
